You made these for First Weeks once - I still remember them, and it's been two years! YUM! :-)
Just be sure to cut them in bigger pieces than my mom. Her bite size portion was pitiful!
Just made these! Delish, even when I made them "healthier" by cutting down the butter, upping the pumpkin and using some whole wheat pastry flour. I also used less chocolate chips than called for, but that was only because that's all I had ;) Thanks for the recipe!
I am making them right now. I did the same things as Erianna did except for cutting down the butter...raised on a dairy farm. I did not have the pumpkin pie spice. I sort of followed their exchange suggestion but I did more ginger and halved the all spice, nutmeg, and clove. The kitchen smells so good right now!
