Baking

Sometimes, do you start a recipe and about 20 minutes in find that step #10 is "Refrigerate for 2 hours" but you need the cookies to be done in 20 minutes?

Oops.

I so hate that! And it's always when you need it in a pinch.

I refrigerated a Jell-O mold, my first ever attempt at one, for merely 6 hours instead of "at least overnight." Yeah, it didn't work out.
